E-Commerce Industry
Ecommerce logistics is defined as the supply chain of a company’s online customer orders being fulfilled. It is the process of getting a product from the point of manufacturing to the point at which it is delivered to consumers. Ecommerce companies employ ecommerce logistics, also known as e-logistics, to get an order out the door and into the hands of the client. The order is packed, shipped, delivered, and in certain circumstances refunded after online customers make a purchase.
