This policy sets out the Skylink Network’s Dealing Criteria with Litigations.
Skylink Network understands that most of the shippers are the least knowledgeable of claims for cargo loss and any damage and any misplacement. Knowledge of the basic legal distinctions and the applicable laws and regulations is critical in dealing with cargo claims.
This policy applies to everyone who works for Skylink network in any capacity, full-time, part-time, or casual, including temporary employees and contractors.
Skylink Network understands that cargo claims are based upon a breach of contract by the carrier, not whether the carrier was negligent. We set a lawful principle to avoid any claims using the following guidelines:
Skylink Network has the strong and secure insurance policy regarding claims and litigations. Before processing shipments, we assist our clients using appropriate mode. We manage all the operations securely till the shipment arrive to its destination and if there seem any irregularities in the documentations, labeling, marking, and packaging, we immediately inform to the shipper and ensure 100% re-working. The insurance policy provides financial protection and covers all aspects of risks of physical damage or loss to goods during transportation from external sources.
The Dealing with Litigation Policy shall be implemented by the Compliance Administrator or Designated Personnel to maintain the security measurements set out within the Skylink Network.
The Administration is responsible for establishing, overseeing, and assessing achievement against measurable objectives in relation to goals set out in this policy.
