Diversity and Equal Opportunity Policy

This policy sets out the Skylink network criteria design for global code of ethics.

Overview

This policy sets out Skylink Network standards on Diversity and Equal Opportunity Policy which is a document that states measurements of business take to eliminate and prevent discrimination at our workplace. We are committed to supporting, developing and promoting diversity and equality in all of our employment practices and activities and aims to establish an inclusive culture free from discrimination and based on the values of fairness, dignity and respect. It is essential that all members of the Skylink Network behave with dignity, courtesy and respect and to act in a non-discriminatory manner at all times.

The aim of this Policy is to build a fully inclusive organization. This will be achieved by:

  • Making the best use of the range of talent and experience available within the workforce and potential workforce.
  • Building a culture that encourages dialogue.
  • Using the insolvency service and fulfilling of legal obligations by the employees.

Scope

This policy applies to everyone who works at Skylink network in any capacity, full-time, part-time, or casual, including temporary employees and contractors.

Principles

Following guidelines define our Diversity and Equal Opportunity Policy:

  • We comply with local and international legislation and do not tolerate behaviors such as discrimination, harassment, bullying, violence, or oppression, in any form or extent.

Expected Workplace Behaviors

At Skylink Network, all employees and contractors are expected to:

  • Treat coworkers, subordinates and users respectfully, honestly, and fairly.
  • Believe they are capable of developing required skills and play their parts wholeheartedly in the success of the organization.
  • Complete their tasks to the highest standards by adapting to the specific needs of each service user.
  • Support each other and treat each member of the team as an essential player to the success of the project.
  • Discourage all non-discriminatory practices and report any behavior that fail to comply with this policy.

Responsibility

The Diversity and Equal Opportunity Policy shall be implemented by the Human Resources and Compliance Administrator to maintain security measurements set out within the Skylink Network.

Compliance and Review

The Administration is responsible for establishing, overseeing, and assessing achievement against measurable objectives in relation to goals set out in this policy.


The Group’s Human Resources and Compliance Department is responsible for all other objectives and initiatives set out in this policy.

Infringement of this Policy

Skylink network has a long-standing commitment to conduct our business in compliance with all applicable local and international laws and regulations and in accordance with the highest ethical business principles and any violations of the policy will lead to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal of personnel/contract cancellation.
