This policy sets out the Skylink Network’s Fair-Trading Operational Structure.
Skylink Network’s Fair-Trading policy is designed to help trade operations develop sustainable and equitable trade relationships with our clienteles. This policy promotes sustainable development by offering best trading solutions to, and securing the rights of, marginalized costumers and workers in developing countries.
This policy applies to everyone who works for Skylink network in any capacity, full-time, part-time, or casual, including temporary employees and contractors.
Skylink Network is completely aware about all laws that are applicable to our organization according to the applicable Companies Act in trading, which enable us to better safeguard our legitimate rights and interests when faced with unfair competition.
Skylink Network’s criteria design for Fair Trade Practice are following:
The Fair-Trading Policy shall be implemented by the Compliance Administrator / Designated Personnel to maintain security measurements set out within the Skylink Network.
The Administration is responsible for establishing, overseeing, and assessing achievement against measurable objectives in relation to goals set out in this policy.
The Human Resources and Compliance Department is responsible for all other objectives and
initiatives set out in this policy.
Skylink Network has a long-standing commitment to conduct our business in compliance with all applicable local and international laws and regulations and in accordance with the highest ethical business principles, violations of this policy will lead to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal of personnel/administrator/contract cancellations.
