Locations in the rail system which are provided with equipment for handling containers from one mode of transport to another, usually located adjacent to terminals or cargo depots.

A calendar day of 24 hours including holidays, Saturdays, Sundays, unless excepted, i.e. a vessel is told she will be loaded in 4 running days, whether or not she is worked upon, alternative is a 4 WW days SHEX - 4 weather (permitting) working days, Sundays and holidays excepted.
