Skylink Network respects the privacy of every individual and is committed to protect the personal data of our employees, clients, vendors, business and associates.

This policy applies to everyone who works for Skylink network in any capacity, full-time, part-time or casual, including temporary employees and contractors.

Skylink Network gathers and processes your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and in compliance with the relevant data protection regulation and laws. This policy provides Skylink Network necessary information regarding your rights and our obligations, and explains how, why, and when we process your personal data.

Skylink Network’s privacy policy consists of universal principles for the privacy and protection of consumer and individual data and privacy, which are as follows:

  • Skylink Network abides by all the rules related to fairly and lawfully collecting and processing personal data, per local, federal, and international laws.
  • When handling the personal or business data, we protect the rights of an individual related to their personal or business data.
  • Skylink Network has an efficient workflow to handle the personal or business data. The data must be accurate, kept up to date, when necessary, and be protected against risk of loss, unauthorized access, destruction, modifications, or disclosure, using technical, managerial and physical security measures.
  • Personal or business data MUST be used or processed for the purpose defined at the time of collection and shall not be further used or processed in any manner incompatible with that purpose.
  • Individuals or businesses must be notified at the time of collection of how their personal or business data is being used or processed. They must be aware of the purpose for the processing; if third parties will process their data; and whether adequate safeguards are in place. All such notices must be approved by the compliance department.

Note: It is important that you read this notice, together with any other privacy notice. We may provide, on specific occasions, when we are collecting or processing personal information or business information about you, so that you are aware of how and why we are using such information.

Responsibility

The Privacy Policy shall be implemented by the Compliance Administrator or Designated Personnel to ensure an individual’s privacy in compliance with local and international standards, set for privacy and data protection. Personal data no longer needed for the purpose specified at the time of collection shall be deleted according to applicable retention schedules, unless it is subject to an exception from the authorized management.

Compliance and Review

The Administration is responsible for establishing, overseeing, and assessing achievement against measurable objectives in relation to goals set out in this policy.


The Human Resources and Compliance Department is responsible for all other objectives and initiatives set out in this policy.

Infringement of this Policy

Skylink network has a long-standing commitment to conduct our business in compliance with all applicable local and international laws and regulations and in accordance with the highest ethical business principles and any violations of the policy will lead to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal of personnel/contract cancellation.
