Job Overview:

An Admin Executive is a key support role within an organization, responsible for overseeing and coordinating a range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of office functions. Admin Executives typically handle day-to-day office management, support senior staff, manage resources, and provide efficient service to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Responsible to handle all the related matters of recruitment and ensure that all shortlisted
  • candidates fit in the scope and culture of the organization.
  • Able to handle the organization’s candidate-related database and ensure an increase in
  • candidate database by making the use of different available resources.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Develop relevant HR initiatives and ensure implementation accordingly.
  • Responsible to generate different organizational job advertisements and post them on
  • relevant sites as per company requirements.
  • Draft HR Policies & promote compliance with all policies, procedures, and protocols applicable to the job function.
  • Coordinate with transport representative about availability of vehicles & maintaining required
  • level of efficiency by avoiding halting.
  • Responsible for Monthly payroll & benefits processing and relevant reporting.
  • Responsible to handle the Hospitalization insurance matters of the organization. Along with it
  • is also responsible for the correspondence of claim settlement of employees with the
  • insurance company.
  • Plan, schedule & manage in-house and external events.
  • Ensure implementation of all operations according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Able to handle, maintain and trace the record of Asset management.
  • Deliver some HR-related training.
  • Follow safety & environmental responsibilities by ensuring implementation.
  • Also, responsible to make the arrangements for the insurance of company assets.
  • Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, printing, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Responsible to comply with assigned duties with the law & regulations.
  • Other tasks from time to time as per the requirement of the company.
  • Make sure for the implementation of strict compliance with company rules & regulations.
  • Act as the Skylink Distribution Pvt Ltd team by using the official domain.

Requirements:

What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)!
For this position we are looking for High school diploma or equivalent graduation is an egde. 1 – 2 years of experience in the role of receptionist or customer service role preferred. Along strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers, fax machines). Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills can give a plus to the candidate.
