Job Overview:

The Admin & Compliance Manager ensures the smooth running of administrative operations while ensuring strict adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policies. This role involves managing office operations, maintaining records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting the organization’s goals by promoting effective governance.


What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

  • Supervise day-to-day office administration to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and logistics, ensuring availability and functionality.
  • Oversee scheduling of meetings, appointments, and conferences.
  • Supervise clerical staff and other administrative assistants.
  • Responsible to check the proper working related to the hospitality of the guest, activities and events in the organisation.
  • Coordinate communication across various departments.
  • Maintain records, databases, and filing systems for easy retrieval.
  • Assist with document preparation, correspondence, and reporting.
  • Ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws, industry standards, and internal policies.
  • Regularly update and implement company policies in line with current regulations.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the company's compliance program, identifying any areas for improvement.
  • Advise management on compliance-related matters and assist in resolving any potential issues.
  • Handle regulatory reporting, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
  • Identify, assess, and report on compliance risks to management.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to minimize risk exposure.
  • Conduct risk assessments and monitor key risk indicators.
  • Develop and implement training for staff on compliance-related issues.
  • Ensure that all business and legal documents are appropriately filed and easily accessible.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to relevant authorities or governing bodies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business activities to ensure full transparency.
  • Develop and facilitate training programs to increase staff awareness of compliance requirements.
  • Ensure employees are informed of relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide ongoing guidance to staff regarding compliance and administrative issues.
  • Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Ensure policies and procedures align with current laws, regulations, and organizational objectives.
  • Update policies regularly to ensure compliance with new and evolving regulations.
  • Serve as the point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors.
  • Ensure the company meets all industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with legal consultants and third-party auditors when necessary.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
  • Uphold ethical standards and act as a role model for the organization in compliance and professionalism.

Requirements:

What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)!
In the role of Admin & Compliance Manager, A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field. Additional certifications in compliance, legal, or risk management. High ethical standards and professionalism. Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise and mentor a team. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations. Office-based environment with possible travel to external meetings or conferences. Ability to work outside of regular hours may be required for urgent compliance issues or deadlines. At least 5 years of experience in administrative management, compliance, or related roles. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to the industry.
Experience in policy formulation, audit management, and risk management.
