Job Overview:

The Human Capital Management (HCM) Manager will play a crucial role in driving the people strategy at [Company Name]. This position will oversee all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, workforce planning, and succession planning. The HCM Manager will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the effective utilization of human capital to meet organizational goals, improve employee engagement, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

The HCM Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing talent management strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent while aligning with the company's long-term strategic objectives.


What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

  • Oversees the entire lifecycle of talent, from recruitment and onboarding to career development and performance management.
  • Use job portals, social media, reference sourcing, university liaison and other technical means to check the recruitment ads are up to the mark.
  • Participate in employment events, such as job fairs, career events.
  • Liaison between your line manager and employees for finalizing the candidate from offer close to onboarding in the organization.
  • Candidate background check from previous company by verifying the shared documents.
  • Coordinate with the professional for employee screening form to be filled via email or postal.
  • Keep the track record to the policies, procedures, formats/forms in line with organization goals.
  • Formulation and implementation the HR policies, procedures in line with the company’s objective thereby contributing towards increased productivity.
  • Closely work on motivational strategies, change management, culture development internal communication tools.
  • Check and finalize all the onboarding formalities of new employee such as; welcome note, workspace, system, intercom, stationery and others.
  • Follow the probation policy, to fill the probationary review form with the HoD and Employee feedback and closed the case with the decision of confirmation or extension in probation.
  • Able to align training and development activities for employees.
  • Initiate the performance management process for appraisals on yearly basis.
  • Able to design the process and complete in a timely manner
  • Organize trainings and sessions such as awareness sessions, motivational session, birthday celebrations or any international event celebrations.
  • Coordinate various events indoor/Outdoor to foster and build team spirit among employees in the company.
  • Idea of Attendance and Leave review with the cloud-based software.
  • Intimation of Late, Leave and Absent to employees via in person/email.
  • Manage employee attendance in coordination with the managers.
  • Able to conduct counselling sessions and monetary/non-monetary benefits to retain employees for the longer period in the organization.
  • Responsible for processing of company entire payroll components with the cloud-based software.
  • Coordinate with respective departments related to payroll processing.
  • Employee Relations (Grievance Handling –Disciplinary Management and Code of Conducts):
  • Handle and resolve employee queries, grievance along with educate them with policies, procedure and SOPs.
  • Assist employees for confirmation, job rotation, Transfer, Termination/Resignation and other issues.
  • Manage to resolve the employee queries in a positive manner.
  • Take part in daily HR operation to be run smoothly.
  • Check employee files to ensures their complete set of documents and understand their profiles.
  • Review and revision of ISO documents as per the standard.
  • Conduct HR Audit from all perspectives.
  • Responsible for setting budgets related to all the HR activities in the organization.
  • Handling entire employee separation process (from resignation till handling/taking over procedures, exit interviews, employee’s clearance till final settlement facilitation)

What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)!
In the role of HCM Manager we are looking for Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve HR and administrative challenges. Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration along with professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred. years of experience in human resources management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Familiarity with labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations strategies.
