Job Overview:

The HR and Admin Manager will oversee all human resources in a primary role and administrative functions in the secondary role. By ensuring compliance with ISO standards and supporting organizational goals.

The manager will be responsible for HR activities such as recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and payroll, as well as oversee general administrative duties.

This role requires someone with excellent communication skill, a knowledge of all the fields, leadership qualities, to manage a team or uplift the other team leads, problem-solving skills, to come up with a solution related to employees or operations, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a proactive approach to fostering a positive work culture.

What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring alignment with Company’s staffing needs.
  • Develop job descriptions, post job ads, review resumes, and conduct interviews in coordination with department heads.
  • Manage the employee onboarding process to ensure smooth integration and compliance with company policies and ISO standards.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing issues promptly and confidentially.
  • Foster a positive working environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and the company's code of conduct.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement training programs to ensure employees are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure that all training activities are aligned with ISO requirements for employee competence and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor employee performance and conduct performance appraisals to identify developmental needs.
  • Manage the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on benefits-related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to wages, benefits, and deductions.
  • Ensure that all HR practices adhere to company policies, ISO standards, and local labor laws.
  • Support the organization’s ISO certification by ensuring that administrative processes align with quality management principles.
  • Assist in preparing for ISO audits and ensuring all administrative documentation is consistent with ISO standards.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation related to employee attendance, performance, and compliance.
  • Ensure all HR and administrative documentation is up-to-date, complete, and in line with ISO requirements.
  • Track HR performance metrics (e.g., turnover rate, employee satisfaction) and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback and performance reviews.

In the role of HR and Admin Manager we are looking for Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve HR and administrative challenges. Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration along with professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred. 7 years of experience in human resources management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Familiarity with labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations strategies.
