Job Overview:

In the charge of Graphic Designer/ Profile Developer at Skylink Distribution (Private) Ltd you will be responsible for designing creative and professional post.

You will be a team member with creative and smart approach toward the art works. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. Understanding of branding and marketing, and be able to find the right style and layout for every project. You are the one who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media. The position is an onsite and based in Head office.

What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
• Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout
• Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
• Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications
• Create and design various materials for digital and print
• Select colours, fonts, images, and layouts
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
• Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
• Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
• Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
• Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces
• QA design for errors
• Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
• Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
• Read the design brief and understand what is needed.
• Plan when to work on projects and decide how much money can be spent.
• Come up with ideas for visuals based on the instructions.
• Make initial versions of the designs and show them to others.
• Create illustrations, logos, and other designs using computer programs or by hand.
• Choose the right colors and layouts for each design.
• Collaborate with writers and the creative leader to finish the design.
• Check how the graphics look in different media.
• Change the designs based on feedback.
• Make sure the final graphics and layouts look good and match the brand.

Requirements:

What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)!
Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills. Impressive portfolio showcasing illustrations or other graphic work. Familiarity with design software and technologies like InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop. Bachelors degree in same field in preferable.

5 plus years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines, agement skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desire to continue building Organizational and time-man skill set with education and training.
